Man In Prayer Christian Stock PhotoOur desire is to walk in obedience to Christ. In order to do this we must pray.
Philippians 4:6  instructs us, “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.”

But prayer is not only speaking to God… it is also following the model of Jesus to listen and do what God says.

In John 12:49-50 Jesus says, “For I have not spoken on my own, but the Father who sent me has himself given me a commandment about what to say and what to speak. And I know that his commandment is eternal life. What I speak, therefore, I speak just as the Father has told me.”

Jesus says in John 10:27,
“My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.”

Our heart is that all we do will be birthed in prayer and that we would pray and seek the Lord in all and through all we do. We want to join with what God is doing instead of simply making plans and asking Him to bless it.

Practically, this is accomplished through: prayer teams rallying around Witnesses and Witness Ministries we partner with, by connecting our body to pray for kingdom work through a variety of prayer tools, and by hosting prayer events throughout the year to facilitate a life of prayer.
